By accessing, browsing or using this site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions, as well as any relevant disclaimers contained herein. Further, by continuing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
Kroseg Precision reserves the right to change any or all of the information contained herein at any time and you should check the current terms and conditions in order to obtain the most up-to-date information prior to purchasing any item you see on this website or participating in any website promotion by Kroseg Precision. Kroseg Precision reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content at their sole discretion.

Kroseg Precision are not responsible for any inaccuracies and typographical errors contained within this website. All information is subject to change without notice.

International Site Visitors
Kroseg Precision ship worldwide via UPS. Shipping fees vary by country - the cost will be included in your cart when checking out. All international shipping fees include shipping insurance.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking
number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times vary from country to country and therefore we cannot provide a timeline.
Shipping fees exclude any duties, fees, and/or taxes at destination. All fees imposed
during or after shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please check with your local authorities if an import permit is required. This is not the responsibility of Kroseg Precision and Kroseg Precision will not be held responsible if there is any oversight by the customer in checking the requirements for an import permit and the obtaining of such permit.
Kroseg Precision is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or ceased during shipping. If You received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Prohibitions
Please ensure you do not knowingly transmit any material that may contain a virus or other harmful component whilst using this website or contacting Kroseg Precision. Kroseg Precision cannot guarantee that it will notice or be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor can Kroseg Precision guarantee that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website.
Electronic Communications
When you visit our website, or send emails to us, you are electronically communicating with us. By doing so you consent to receive emails from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email, or when practicable, by phone.
Mail Order Procedure - New Zealand customers only
All New Zealand orders, where the order is not fulfilled in-person, must complete Police Mail Order Form requirements (FRM43A). This is in accordance with Section 43A(1) and (2) of the Arms Act 1983. This legislation is current, as far as we are aware, however may be changed at any time and without notice.
This is a relatively simple and quick process that Kroseg Precision will initiate and help with prior to sending your order to you. In completing a transaction to purchase a non-prohibited firearm product from Kroseg Precision, you agree to undertake all necessary steps to fulfill your obligation in receiving approval by the New Zealand Police to take possession of the proposed item/s. Kroseg Precision will not be held liable for applications that have been denied by the New Zealand Police, nor will Kroseg Precision be held liable by New Zealand Police, or any other authority, for any unlawful activity by you, the purchaser.
Upon receipt from New Zealand Police of an application having been approved, Kroseg Precision will continue to process the order and dispatch it to you accordingly, and within a timely manner (please see our delivery policy below). Please note that some orders may not be placed into production until approval has been received and therefore some delays are possible. It is your responsibility, as the purchaser of a product/s from Kroseg Precision to ensure, prior to any purchase of our products, that you are legally entitled to take possession of any item/s you propose to purchase. For items that are made to order or customised, all sales are final and no refund will apply, unless, in the event that an order for such item has not yet gone into production, Kroseg Precision will at their discretion approve a refund on a case by case basis.
Returns and Refunds
Please contact us for clarification, prior to placing any order with Kroseg Precision, if you are unsure on any aspect of a product or do not understand the policies within our Terms and Conditions.
Items will only be replaced if they are deemed defective through no fault of you, the purchaser. Any stock deemed to have a manufacturing fault or defect will be replaced after inspection by our facility. General wear and tear is not covered by warranty. Until the item to be returned has been received by Kroseg Precision, the product remains the responsibility of the purchaser. Courier tracking and/or insurance is recommended for any item returned to us. Kroseg Precision will not be held liable for any item damaged or lost during shipping.
For items that are made to order or customised, all sales are final and no refund will apply, unless, in the event that an order for such item has not yet gone into production, Kroseg Precision will at their discretion approve a refund on a case by case basis. Once an order is processed, no changes may be made.
Force Majeure
No party shall be liable or responsible to the other party, nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached any sale or purchase contract, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of a sale and purchase contract (except for obligations to make payments to the other party hereunder), when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond the imparted party's ("Impacted Party") control, including, but not limited to, the following force majeure events ("Force Majeure Events"): (a) acts of God; (b) a natural disaster (fires, explosions, earthquakes, hurricanes, flooding, storms, infestations), epidemic or pandemic; (c) war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest; (d) government order or law; (e) actions, embargoes or blockades in effect on or after the date of this Agreement; (f) action by any governmental authority; (g) national or regional emergency; (h) strikes, labour stoppages or slowdowns or other industrial disturbances; and (i) shortage of adequate power or transportation facilities. The Impacted Party shall give Notice within 5 (five) days of the Force Majeure Event to the other party, stating the period of time the occurrence is expected to continue. The Impacted Party shall use diligent efforts to end the failure or delay and ensure the effects of such Force Majeure Event are minimised. The Impacted Party shall resume the performance of its obligations as soon as reasonably practicable after the removal of the cause. In the event that the Imparted Party's failure or delay remains uncured for a period of sixty (60) days following Notice given by it, the other party may thereafter terminate this Agreement upon Notice.
Fraud Protection
As part of our current email ordering processing procedures and as a measure to protect our customers as well as ourselves, we reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorised or illegal activity. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorised or illegal activity.
Risk
Kroseg Precision will retain ownership of products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you on dispatch from the Kroseg Precision premises.
Loss or damage in transit
Kroseg Precision will take every care in packing and dispatching your purchase but it is not responsible to the purchaser or any person claiming through the purchaser for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person. Kroseg Precision is not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party. If You received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Exclusion of Negligence
Kroseg Precision is not liable to the purchaser in contract or in tort arising out of, or in connection with, or relating to:
1. The performance of the product;
2. Any fact, matter or thing relating to the products; or
3. Any error in information supplied to the purchaser or a user at or after the date of the purchasers' or users' use of the product.
Delivery
Your order will be dispatched from Kroseg Precision provided we have received the necessary approval from New Zealand Police (where applicable - NZ customers) and, provided the items to fulfill your order are in stock. If we are unable to complete the order within the specified time-frame noted on the item listing on our website, we will contact you, the purchaser, and inform you of the revised estimation of completion.
Delivery times vary worldwide and therefore any estimate given is indicative only. Kroseg Precision will not be liable for any failure to observe any specified time-frames, if provided, but will email you if any late deliveries are anticipated. You understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to withdraw or modify any commitment made for the purchase of products from Kroseg Precision once that commitment has been made for any reason, including without limitation, due to any delay in delivery.

Colour Information
While Kroseg Precision has endeavoured to accurately display the colour of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor/screen calibration and may not be accurate.

Kroseg Precision and it's suppliers attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing products detailed on the site. However, Kroseg Precision does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The laws of New Zealand govern any contract arising out of this website, and all disclaimers, terms and conditions and terms of use.
